  2. Wide Grip Pulldowns 5 x 12,12,10,10,8
  3. One Arm Dumbbell Rows 4 x Failure (increase weight each set)
  4. Seated Wide Grip Cable Rows 4 x 10,10,8,8
  5. Wide Grip Assisted Pull-Ups (Not Shown) 4x Failure
  6. Rack Pulls 4 x 10,8,6,6
